About Domenica ⸺
Domenica is the Trustee Team Manager at DCS Group and leads the team responsible for processing and administering Personal Insolvency Agreements and Bankruptcy Estates. She works closely with clients, creditors and stakeholders to ensure matters are managed professionally, efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements.
Role Focus
Leads the Trustee Team, overseeing the processing and administration of Personal Insolvency Agreements and Bankruptcy Estates from commencement through to finalisation.
Provides leadership, coaching and support to team members, helping them deliver accurate, timely and professional service.
Oversees work quality and legislative compliance while ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within required timeframes.
Continuously reviews systems and processes to improve efficiency, strengthen compliance and enhance the client experience.
Works collaboratively with the Management Team to support a high-performing, client-focused culture across DCS Group.
