About Janice ⸺

Janice is an Executive Director of DCS Group and is responsible for the company's accounting, finance and governance functions.  She plays a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently and meets its regulatory obligations, allowing our team to focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

Role Focus

  • Overall responsibility for DCS Group's accounting and finance operations.

  • Leads the Finance and Accounts and Client Support teams, while providing guidance and support to key staff in the administration of client agreements.

  • Works closely with the company's Financial Officer, external accountant and auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

  • Oversees internal financial controls, governance processes and regulatory obligations across the business.

  • Provides financial leadership that supports the long-term stability, growth and success of DCS Group.
