About Michael ⸺

Michael is the CEO and a Director of DCS Group.  He is a Registered Debt Agreement Administrator (RDAA) and a professional member of the Personal Insolvency Professionals Association (PIPA).  With many years' experience in personal insolvency, Michael has helped thousands of Australians understand their options and work towards a better financial future.

Role Focus

  • Leads the strategic direction and governance of DCS Group.

  • Ensures every prospective client is provided with clear information about their available options, enabling them to make an informed decision.

  • Promotes a culture of professionalism, compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

  • Works closely with the leadership team to maintain high standards of client care, ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

Michael believes that financial hardship is often the result of life's unexpected events—not poor character or a lack of effort. His commitment is to ensure every client is treated with respect, provided with honest advice and supported to make informed decisions without judgement.
